Donation Request Information

Due to our limited size and established regulations, Big Hill Ciderworks cannot support the following:

• Organizations that are not registered charities with 501(c)(3) tax‐exempt status
• Elementary, Junior High, or High School organizations and/or youth sports teams
• Organizations or events outside our sales territory

Requests for donations must be received in writing (letter or email) at least six (6) weeks prior to the event.  Please be sure to include who/what the event is benefiting, expected attendance, what items are provided by the organization, and what items are expected to be provided by Big Hill Ciderworks.

Because we have a limited budget for donations, all applications will be reviewed and considered on a case by case basis.  We ask that your organization make arrangements to pick up any donations from Big Hill Ciderworks in advance of the event.
